Good evening!

I'm eating a seasoned soft-boiled egg ^o^

Until now, I've never really liked the mushy texture of soft-boiled eggs、、、

But, lately, maybe because I've become an adult, I'm able to eat them ☻

I do have one question however (´・_・`)

How did they season the egg?、、、


Because normally when you boil an egg, you dip it in salt for flavor, but this egg was already seasoned (・・;)

Do they boil the egg in salt water?
Do they feed their chickens lots of salt?

It just leads to more questionsー(・・;)

Everyone, how do you think they seasoned the egg?(・・;)

Thank you very much for informing me in the comments from the last post about how they are able to season the soft-boiled eggs!

Even though you can't visibly tell, eggs are covered with lots of tiny holes (=゚ω゚)ノ

Tomorrow, for a NHK program, I will be broadcasting live from Kagoshima so I'm spending the night at my grandma's house ^o^

I'll get to eat my favorite chicken sashimi againー♪
