No, you aren't incompetent at all! Thank you for working on it so hard! I wanted to help you, but you ended up doing like 80% of it :( I had some personal stuff come up, so I haven't been able to work on it since last time :( If you don't mind a deadline of Friday, I think I can have it done by then. DeleteTo Kodoku-chan: I'm half-Japanese and my mom always spoke Japanese to me even though I grew up in America so I guess that gives me an unfair advantage! I'm not fluent at all though and I'm trying to study right now on my own (especially trying to learn all the kanji ><). Translating helps me, too!

Haha, no you're not demanding!!! I feel awful though because I promised to help you and I got so busy suddenly ;_; I'm not quite done yet, but I can finally work on it more now so I hope I can finish it tonight! It's a long story, but I'm going to be moving soon so I've been busy dealing with that.

DeleteYay, thanks for the quick response! I combined the 1st half that you corrected with the 2nd half that I made changes to and then I went through the whole thing again and made my final changes. Please feel free to change anything you'd like or ask me about something if I've made a mistake. I am done with it for now though and pretty pleased with the results :D It's really such a great episode!!
I guess once you are satisfied with it, we can upload it, yay :D Thanks again for everything!
Oh and I understand about not wanting to join a subbing group! I wasn't planning on ever joining one either, lol...but UKN is pretty casual! So if you ever have more free time and want to translate something you like, but you don't want to bother timing/encoding, I can see if anyone there is willing to help ;)

I'm going to start uploading it to dailymotion now :D I was thinking you could upload it to youtube like you did with your other video (only if it's not a bother) and I'd make a post with a link to it (since youtube is so superior, lol). But I'm also paranoid that youtube will somehow find the video and remove it so I'm going to have a dailymotion version as backup!

DeleteHmm, usually the compression makes it small enough. Maybe it worked for the BD MC because it was so much shorter? I use a program called VirtualDub with an Xvid MPEG-4 Codec...there's probably some better way that I don't know about though. I followed this tutorial:
